Juliana Simone, former owner and principal Broker of Sunset Homes has recently joined Compass.
 
I’ve been active in real estate since 1985 and specializing in fine homes and properties on Oahu’s spectacular North Shore since 1988.
 
I’ve represented sellers and buyers equally throughout my real estate career and take pride in truly understanding my client’s needs!
 
I’m very aware of the latest changes in contracts and the market and do not let anything slip by me during the transaction.

I have served on the Board of Directors of the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® and also North Shore Regional Chairperson and Vice Chairperson. I’m pleased to have been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation by the Council of Residential Specialists. Only 4% of the agents nationwide have earned this credential by completing advanced courses and having demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate.
 
When not busy with my real estate business I enjoy yoga, long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. I’m also passionate about marine life conservation and animal welfare.
