Although we had a highly recommended agent representing us in the Davis property purchase, the degree of service provided was adequate but in no way approached the service we had enjoyed with you. I had to contact the escrow company myself, and interact with our loan provider and escrow - never received a complete good faith estimate until the day before we signed the final papers. We made four trips to Davis during the entire process, and our agent was not available during two of those trips - sending substitute agents to help us. This is not really a criticism of her but I came to the conclusion that you had spoiled us because your service was so complete and knowledgeable. We often comment on how completely you knew the North Shore market and how really rich we would be today had we followed All your advice. Not to complain, however, as we were very happy with our home there and certainly enjoyed a nice profit when you sold it for us!
